Then all that's left is combining a high-traffic forum with a brilliant marketing plan of your own. You don't have to make a long-term effort in order to put this plan into place. With all good things, however, time and care are required in order to get a maximum ROI. It's up to you what the best choice might be.
The majority of people will not change their usual personality when joining a forum. Others will range from outgoing to shy. So just be yourself and let people see your real personality unless it's highly offensive. If you are the shy type, you don't have to start contributing right away.
